Can I take this alongside my prescription medication?

Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining any herb or supplement with a prescription — some common herbs can interact with blood thinners, blood pressure medication, and more. Our staff can share general information

What forms do your products come in — capsules, tinctures, teas?

Most of what we carry comes in multiple forms and brands, so you can pick what fits your routine and budget — capsules for convenience, tinctures for faster absorption, and loose teas or bulk herbs if you prefer to prepare your own.

Are your products safe during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children?

Some are, and some aren't — this is exactly the kind of question we want you to ask in person rather than guess from a label. If you're pregnant, nursing, or shopping for a child, please check with our staff before starting anything new.

I don't know exactly what I need, just that something feels "off" — can you help?

Absolutely, that's one of the most common conversations we have. Tell us how you've been feeling, your diet, sleep, and stress levels, etc., and we'll help you find the products that are right for you.

What's the most common myth you hear about herbs and supplements?

That a product works instantly or in a single dose. Most natural remedies work with consistency over time, alongside diet and lifestyle changes, not as a one-time fix. However, there are many supplements that give results daily.

Will [this herb/supplement] cure my condition?

We won't promise a cure. What we can tell you is how a product is traditionally used and what it's formulated to support (like "supports joint comfort" or "promotes restful sleep"). Individual results vary, and consistency matters more than any single bottle.

How long before I notice results?

What's your return policy, especially since I can't try it before I open it?

• We gladly give you a full refund with the following conditions: within 10 days of purchase, you must have the original receipt, and the item or items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

• We do not give refunds or exchanges for the following: opened products, clearance items, books, bulk herbs, food items, and select detox items.



• Yes, you can call ahead for same-day curbside pickup; we ship nationwide via USPS. (United States Postal Service) We do not ship hand-dipped herbs or refrigerated products. We also do not charge extra fees, only what the post office charges for the weight and location of the items being shipped.

How do you know your herbs and supplements are high quality?

We choose brands based on sourcing transparency and manufacturing standards, and our staff can speak to where a given product comes from. Some of our favorite brands are Nature Sunshine, Gaia, Barleans, Nordic Naturals, Frontier, and Emerald.
